Q: WHAT AREAS DO YOU COVER?
We cover Liverpool, Merseyside, and parts of Wirral and Halton. If you’re unsure whether we service your area, feel free to contact us directly for more information
Q: WHAT AIRPORTS DO YOU OPERATE FROM?
Our main airports are Liverpool and Manchester, but we provide transport services to and from any airport in the UK.
Q: DO I HAVE TO BOOK ONLINE?
You can book online through our easy-to-use booking process, or by installing our app here: https://onelink.to/pickstravel.

Q: HOW EARLY DO I NEED TO BOOK MY CAR?
Booking is available instantly if a taxi is available. However, we recommend booking as early as possible to allow us time to secure a driver.
We don’t like letting people down, so once you’ve booked your flights, it’s never too early to book your taxi!
Q: WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I HAVE MADE AN ONLINE BOOKING FORM?
After you have submitted the online booking form, you will receive an email confirmation and an SMS (for UK numbers only). If we have no availability for your requested time, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Q: DO I NEED TO PAY IN ADVANCE?
You can pay the driver in cash at the end of the journey. Alternatively, you can add your card to your wallet on the app or website, set it as the default payment method, and pay in advance when booking.
If you prefer to pay by card after booking, simply email us and request a secure payment link
Q: WILL I BE SHARING WITH ANYONE ELSE?
No, we do not operate a shared taxi service. The vehicle will be reserved for you and your party only.
Q: WHAT IF I LEAVE SOMETHING IN THE VEHICLE?
If you leave something in the vehicle, please call us immediately 0151 459 0188. We will contact the driver to search the car and help you retrieve your item.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We are happy to refund the amount paid if the cancellation is made in advance. However, if the driver is en route or waiting at the pickup point, no refund will be issued.
We advise cancelling at least 4 hours before the journey is due to start. Please note that cancellations can only be made via phone call.

Q: WHAT DO I DO IF I CAN'T LOCATE MY DRIVER?
If you can’t locate your driver, you should have received a WhatsApp message the day before with the driver’s contact details. Additionally, the driver will contact you at the airport with further instructions.
If you’re still unable to reach them, there is an emergency contact number provided in your confirmation email.
Q: HOW DO I KNOW WHAT CAR THE DRIVERS HAS?
When the driver is on route, you will receive an SMS with details about the make and model of the vehicle, the driver’s name and mobile number, and the licence plate. You’ll also receive another text when the driver has arrived at the pickup location.

Q: DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE THE FLIGHT NUMBER WHEN PICKING UP AT AIRPORTS?
Yes, providing your flight number helps us pick you up exactly on time, potentially saving you costs for excess waiting time. Since many flights experience small delays, tracking flight numbers allows us to make necessary adjustments to ensure we’re there when you arrive, saving you both time and money
Q: WE HAVE CHILDREN TRAVELLING WITH US, CAN YOU PROVIDE CHILD/INFANT SEATS?
No, we do not provide child or infant seats. However, you are welcome to bring your own. Please note that it is not a legal requirement to use child seats in taxis in the UK

Q: CAN I SMOKE IN THE CAR?
No, smoking and vaping are not allowed in any Picks Travel taxis. It is against the law to smoke or vape in a public vehicle.
Q. DO YOU CHARGE VAT OR DO YOU PROVIDE VAT INVOICE ON TOP OF PRICES?
No, we do not charge VAT to passengers, and as a result, we do not provide a VAT invoice.
Q. ARE YOU CHARGING ANYTHING EXTRA FOR CHRISTMAS?
Yes, we charge either double the fare or one and a half times the regular fare during the festive periods.
