Do you help with luggage?
Yes. Picks Travel drivers assist with loading and unloading luggage. If you have oversized items such as golf clubs, sports equipment or pushchairs, please mention this at the time of booking so the correct vehicle can be allocated.
Do you provide child seats?
No — passengers must bring their own approved child seat.
Picks Travel does not supply child seats or booster seats. This is a legal requirement and the passenger's responsibility. Drivers can retain your seat for a return journey if required.
Do you transport children travelling alone?
Yes. The minimum recommended age for unaccompanied travel is 10 years old. This must be pre-arranged by a parent or guardian who must provide contact details and confirm all arrangements at booking.
Do you allow pets in the taxi?
Yes. Pets in secure carriers are welcome. Assistance dogs are always welcome without a carrier requirement. Please mention your pet at the time of booking.
What happens if I can't find my driver?
Your driver will contact you by phone or WhatsApp as they approach. For airport collections, your driver will wait at the agreed meeting point in arrivals. If you still cannot locate your driver, call 0151 459 0188 immediately.
Do you provide receipts or invoices?
