Q: WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I HAVE MADE AN ONLINE BOOKING FORM?

We will review your request and send you an email  confirming the booking with a booking confirmation number.

Q: WE HAVE CHILDREN TRAVELLING WITH US, CAN YOU PROVIDE CHILD/INFANT SEATS?

Yes. Please tell us the ages of the children and we can provide up to two child/infant seats free of charge per transfer.

Q: CAN I SMOKE IN THE CAR?

No. smoking is not allowed in all Picks Travel taxis.

Q: WILL I BE SHARING WITH ANYONE ELSE?

No, we do not operate a shared taxi service.

Q: WHAT DO I DO IF I CAN'T LOCATE MY DRIVER?

You should receive a text with the drivers contact details and make/model of the vehicle with registration number.

Q: DO I HAVE TO BOOK ONLINE?

You can book online as our booking process is very easy. But if you prefer to speak to one of our admin team you can call on 0151 459 0188.

Q: DO I NEED TO PAY IN ADVANCE?

You can pay prior through secure online payment line through credit/debit card or Bank Transfer. Also, you can pay cash to the driver at the end of the journey.

Q: WHAT AIRPORTS DO YOU OPERATE FROM?

Our main airport is Liverpool / Manchester, we can provide transport services To/From any airports in the UK.

Q: HOW EARLY DO I NEED TO BOOK MY CAR?

If you are making a last minute booking it is best to phone 0151 459 0188, We don’t allow any bookings to be made within 1hr online, Or you can plan your journey even 1 day / 1 month or 6 months or more than that as early you can.

Q: HOW DO I KNOW WHAT CAR THE DRIVERS HAS?

When the driver is on route you will receive an SMS this includes info on the make and model of the vehicle, the driver’s name and mobile number and the licence plate. 

Also another text to say he has arrived at pickup.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We are happy to refund the amount paid but we if the driver is on route or waiting at the pick up point you would not get a refund. We would advice any persons to cancel at least 4 hours before the journey is to commence. Cancellation can ONLY BE MADE VIA PHONE CALL. Please call 0151 459 0188.

Q: WHAT IF I LEAVE SOMETHING IN THE VEHICLE?

Please call us immediately and we will contact the driver to search the car.

Q: DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE THE FLIGHT NUMBER WHEN PICKING UP AT AIRPORTS?

You don’t have to, but this will help us pick you up exactly on time, thus saving you potential costs for excess waiting time. Many flights are delayed by small amounts and tracking flight numbers allows us to make important adjustments to save you time and money.

Q. DO YOU CHARGE VAT OR DO YOU PROVIDE VAT INVOICE ON TOP OF PRICES?

No. We do not charge VAT to Passenger so we do not provide VAT Invoice.

Q. ARE YOU A LICENCED COMPANY?

Yes. We are licenced by the Liverpool City Council Licence Number: 0101

Q. ARE YOU CHARGING ANYTHING EXTRA FOR CHRISTMAS?

An additional surcharge of 50% on the prices listed on this site will be added on the following dates: 25, 26, 31 December as well as 1 January.
