Do you provide child seats?
No — passengers must bring their own approved child seat.
Picks Travel does not supply child seats or booster seats. If you are travelling with a young child, you must bring your own legally approved car seat. This is a legal requirement and the passenger's responsibility. Drivers can retain your seat for a return journey if required.
Do you transport children travelling alone?
Yes. Picks Travel can transport unaccompanied minors. The minimum recommended age is 10 years old. This must be pre-arranged by a parent or guardian, who must provide contact details and confirm all arrangements at the time of booking.
Do you allow pets in the taxi?
Yes. Pets travelling in secure carriers are welcome in Picks Travel vehicles. Assistance dogs are always welcome without a carrier requirement. Please mention your pet at the time of booking so the correct vehicle can be assigned.
What happens if I can't find my driver?
Your driver will contact you by phone or WhatsApp as they approach your location. For airport collections your driver will wait at the agreed meeting point in arrivals. If you still cannot locate your driver, call Picks Travel on 0151 459 0188 immediately.
Do you provide receipts or invoices?
Yes. Drivers can provide a receipt on request. Please note Picks Travel Ltd is not VAT registered so receipts will not include a VAT number. For corporate bookings requiring a formal invoice, contact info@pickstravel.co.uk.
Do you cover hospital appointments?
Yes. Do you have wheelchair accessible taxis in Liverpool?
