      Do you allow pets in the taxi?

      Yes. Pets travelling in secure carriers are welcome in Picks Travel vehicles. Assistance dogs are always welcome without a carrier requirement. Please mention your pet at the time of booking so the correct vehicle can be assigned.

      What happens if I can't find my driver?

      Your driver will contact you by phone or WhatsApp as they approach your location. For airport collections your driver will wait at the agreed meeting point in arrivals. If you still cannot locate your driver, call Picks Travel on 0151 459 0188 immediately.

      Do you provide receipts or invoices?
